The Israeli Astrophysics & Cosmology Student Conference Series (AsCoS) is the first student conference in this field. Its purposes are to expose Israeli students to the research conducted in Israeli institutions, to encourage collaboration between students, to create a forum where every question is welcome and even to practice in delivering lectures.

All graduate and post
graduate students from all over the country are welcome to
participate. Staff members are welcome to attend as an
audience. | ||||
The goal is to
create a series of conferences. In the coming year two
conferences will take place. The first will be held on April
17th, 2008, at the Weizmann institute, and the second will be
held next year (TBA, depending on the future academic year) at
the Tel Aviv University. | ||||
