Housing is available at two hotels, the Annabelle Inn and the St. Moritz Lodge. Prices quoted below are per night, including breakfast (but no other meals), and are given per room (not per person). They do not include a 9.5% tax. The hotels are both located near a bus stop for the Aspen buses and ski shuttles, but the Annabelle Inn is slightly closer (1 block rather than 2). Also the opening Sunday-night reception will be at the Annabelle Inn.

The Annabelle Inn (website) has a few standard rooms for $143 and mostly deluxe rooms (with a mountain view and in some cases a balcony) for $186. Some rooms have two beds and some have a single queen bed. All have a private bath. Payment: 50% charged when ordering, the remainder 30 days before arrival.

The St. Moritz Lodge (website) has lodge rooms with two beds and a private bath. A standard lodge room (two beds with a private bath) is $141 and a deluxe lodge room (which also includes a kitchenette) is $167. Payment: two-night deposit charged when ordering, the remainder 14 days before arrival.

When booking, please mention the Aspen Physics Center. We have a block of rooms booked for arrival Sun. Jan. 22'nd and departure Sat. Jan. 28'th. Please check with the hotel for other arrival or departure dates.

Rooms are limited, so if you are not bringing a significant other, we would prefer for you to share a room with another participant.
If you wish to share a room with someone else from the conference, please do not book a room directly, but email me first and I will try to pair you with someone.
If you are not sharing a room, please book directly with one of the above hotels, and then please email me so I can keep track of available rooms. In your email, please indicate which hotel you reserved at, what type of room you chose, and what are your arrival and departure dates.
