Symposium honoring 2003 Dan David Prize Laureate
Prof. John Bahcall, IAS Princeton


On May 19th, a special symposium will be held to honor Prof. John Bahcall (web page), the 2003 Dan David Prize Laureate (web page).

John Bahcall has been a close friend of the Israeli astronomical community for over thirty years. This is our opportunity to honor him.

The symposium, which will be held at Tel Aviv University, consists of two parts:

1. An astronomical symposium - featuring speakers closely related to John Bahcall's activity over the years.
