Harvard-TAU Astronomy Collaboration Launched

We are delighted to announce the launch of the Raymond and Beverly Sackler collaborative program between the Institute for Theory & Computation (ITC) at Harvard University and the Astronomy Department in the School of Physics and Astronomy, Tel Aviv University. Our new ITC-TAU collaboration, endowed by Dr. Sackler, will build on the established research infrastructure at Harvard and TAU, and will provide a framework for mutually beneficial and productive interactions between the groups. The endowed funds will support an exchange program for students, junior and senior scientists, a lecture series, workshops, as well as a new prize postdoctoral fellowship in Astronomy with shared time in both institutions. We are grateful to Dr. Sackler for establishing this program and look forward to a productive collaboration ahead!
