Most studies of 21cm fluctuations consider the generation of ionized
structure from stellar UV photons. I will discuss some possible
modifications to the 21cm power-spectrum resulting from inclusion of
X-ray ionizations, from a non- zero contribution from quasars to
reionization, and from HI within galaxies.  These modifications could
be significant with respect to projected observational
uncertainty.
